Dinacharya - Daily Regimens

The word Dinacharya is derived from two words – Dina means ‘day’ and Charya means ‘regimens or routines’. Dinacharya (daily regimens) is very essential to establish balance and harmony in our body, mind and spirit. Leading a life without a routine is the same as swimming against the current, which makes onward journey difficult.
